If you cancel your booking, the standard cancellation terms apply. The booking fee remains non-refundable and the promotional offer will no longer be valid.
No. The launch offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and only valid for the confirmed booking it was issued for. Should unforseen circumstances arrise, the photographer can llook to reschedule the booking for a different date.
No. The launch offer cannot be used in combination with any other promotions, discounts, or negotiated pricing.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the Wedding Day.
No photography services will commence unless full payment has been received prior to the event.
The photographer does not accept payment on the wedding day.
Yes, instalment plans may be arranged upon request and must be agreed in writing. All payments must be completed before the final payment deadline.
Yes. All clients are encouraged to attend a consultation before confirming a booking. This allows us to discuss your wedding plans, expectations, timeline, and photography requirements in detail.

A consultation is strongly recommended before booking. However, availability is only secured once the signed contract and booking fee have been received.
No. The booking fee is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers administrative work and loss of availability. There may be exceptions where this would be refundable as stated in the terms and conditions of the signed agreement.

Yes. I hold professional photography insurance, which includes public liability and equipment cover. This ensures protection for both clients and venues during photography coverage.
Yes. You must provide:
A schedule/timeline
Access permissions if required
Cooperation from guests and suppliers
Parking/venue access details
A meal for long coverage bookings (if applicable)
If the photographer cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergency, or inability to attend), a full refund of all monies paid will be issued. The photographer will also make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement photographer where possible.
However, the photographer shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising from cancellation beyond the amount paid.
Unlimited- The number of images delivered varies depending on coverage time, lighting, schedule, venue conditions, and guest cooperation.
Yes. All final images are professionally edited in the photographer’s signature style. RAW and unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.
No. RAW files remain the sole property of the photographer and are never released.
No. Editing, colour grading, cropping, and final image selection are part of the photographer’s creative process and remain at their full discretion. However clients can share their preferances ahead of the booking and this can be taken into consideration. Please review the portfolio to familiarise with style.
While every effort will be made to capture key moments and any requested images, due to the live and unpredictable nature of events, no specific image, moment, person, pose, or shot can be guaranteed. Where appropriate, the Photographer may request certain moments to be briefly repeated or re-created to help ensure important memories are captured. Any reshoots will be discussed and agreed with the Client where possible and remain subject to timing, venue restrictions, live circumstances, and event conditions. The Photographer will always make every reasonable effort to capture all significant moments throughout the event.
Coverage is based on the agreed booking time. Any additional time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
The photographer is not responsible for missed or reduced coverage caused by guests, suppliers, venue staff, lighting conditions, restrictions, or any external interference.
Yes, depending on your package. Coverage ranges from 3 hours to 12 hours, with optional additional hours available at an extra cost.
For extended bookings, reasonable breaks are required. For longer weddings, a hot meal and access to refreshments must be provided.
Yes additional Travel fees may occur for bookings outside of West Yorkshire area.
Yes. The photographer reserves the right to stop or refuse coverage if there is any unsafe, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour. No refund will be issued in such cases.
You may use the images for personal use only (printing, sharing with friends and family). Commercial use is not permitted without written consent.
Yes, unless you request otherwise in writing before the wedding day. Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
Delivery times are provided in your contract and are an estimate. While every effort is made to deliver promptly, timelines may vary depending on workload and season. 1 - 2 months
All professional precautions are taken, including backups. However, the photographer cannot be held responsible for technical failure, weather, venue issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Wedding photography is not affected by weather conditions. I will adapt creatively using available light and indoor or covered locations where necessary. Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund unless act of GOD
Coverage is based on the agreed booking time. Delays caused by the venue, suppliers, or wedding schedule may reduce coverage time. Additional time may be added at the applicable hourly rate, subject to availability.
The photographer is not responsible for reduced coverage caused by venue rules, restricted access, ceremony limitations, lighting restrictions, or prohibited areas.
Yes, but the client is responsible for ensuring guests are present and available at the agreed time. Failure of guests to cooperate or be present may result in missed group photographs.
Yes —The photographer may request the removal or adjustment of objects, distractions, or background elements to improve image composition. The Client is responsible for assisting where reasonably possible.
Where adjustments cannot be made, photography will proceed as-is, and the photographer shall not be liable for the presence of unwanted objects, distractions, or background elements in final images.
A preview selection may be provided after the wedding for the Client to review the overall style and direction of the editing.
At this stage, Clients may confirm they are happy with the photographer’s editing style and approach before the full gallery is completed.
Once the final gallery has been delivered, all images are provided in the photographer’s established style. Minor technical corrections may be considered at the photographer’s discretion, however re-edits, style changes, filters, or creative alterations are not included after delivery.
The photographer is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, accidents, transport disruption, government restrictions, or emergencies.
All weddings are unique. Final images reflect real lighting, weather, venue conditions, and the flow of the day. Editing style remains consistent, but outcomes may vary depending on circumstances.
For bookings over 5–6 hours, a hot meal and access to refreshments are required to ensure continuous coverage and performance throughout the day.
Yes. I require a safe, secure, and suitable area to store, set up, and manage my photography equipment throughout the wedding day.
This includes space for cameras, lenses, batteries, lighting (if used), and charging equipment.
All equipment must remain untouched and undisturbed by guests, venue staff, or other suppliers. The Client is responsible for ensuring that a suitable area is provided where equipment can be safely stored and charged when required.
The photographer cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, malfunction, or disruption caused by interference with equipment.
Yes. I work alongside other photographers and videographers who may also be hired directly by the Client.
However, I operate as an independent supplier and do not share equipment, workflow, direction, or responsibility with any other professionals present at the wedding.
Having multiple photographers or videographers capturing the same moments can sometimes affect composition, guest focus, and natural reactions, particularly during key events such as the ceremony.
I am not responsible for, nor bound by, any agreements, arrangements, or expectations the Client may have made with other photographers or videographers.
All suppliers remain solely responsible for their own coverage, conduct, and equipment. Cooperation may occur on the day where appropriate, but no formal alignment or coordination is guaranteed.
The contract can be signed either:
Digitally, using a secure electronic signature system (recommended), or
In person during a consultation
Once signed, both parties will receive a completed copy for records.
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive:

Once your wedding date is confirmed, you will receive a complete booking pack to ensure everything is clear and organised.
